As a dietary supplement for adults only, take 1 serving (3 capsules) 3 or 4 times per day, immediately after meals and at bedtime. Do not take 4 servings (12 capsules) all at one time. Start with 1 capsule after each meal during the first week, increasing to 2 capsules after each meal the second week, and then 3 capsules after each meal the third week and thereafter. During the fourth week, and thereafter, you can take an optional 3 capsules at bedtime. Some people may have a problem with the niacin flush when taken on an empty stomach, and the potential for gastric upset is greater when taken on an empty stomach before bedtime.
Not for use by children or by pregnant or lactating women. Not for use by anyone sensitive to any of the ingredients. The high niacin content may cause temporary flushing, redness, a feeling of heat, and itching which usually lasts for about half an hour. The niacin flush is harmless and can be minimized by regularly taking your serving on a full stomach. Persons with Wilson's disease should not use this product. Women with families with a high incidence of thyroid disease should not take this product unless directed by their physician. Persons with the genetic metabolic disorder 6-GPD deficiency should not use this product unless directed to do so by their physician.

My go to supplement for all around needs.
I think the most important supplement that I take is Lifeshield. It has essential vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that my body needs to stay healthy. Plus, I have full confidence that the ingredients that Life Proirity uses is the best I can find on the market.
I met Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw in 1991. I was astounded at their knowledge of how to protect the body through the use of dietary supplements. I knew that following their wisdom would help me live a healthier life. Their Lifeshield formula is probably their best formula for immune support. If you are going to use a multiple vitamin, and everyone should be using one, there may not be a better on in the marketplace. I use it every day to help support my immune system.
I read the Life Extension Practical Scientific Approach in the first part of 1983. I mostly memorized it and also read many of the scientific references made in the book. (Like a new language at first) I started experimenting right away (following safety rules of course) I kept up my research and still do. There were no formulas available at first. Twinlab copied the formula in the book to the letter including 3g of niacin per day. Safe but big flushes. (The newer formulas have a lot less niacin) Expensive too. $47 every 2 weeks in 1984. That’s $120 every 2 weeks in today’s money. Wow. Life Priority was formed and I started using their products. (That was quite a while ago) Today Life Priority provides my wife and I the majority of the supplements we take. They also have very strict manufacturing protocols which make sure we get what’s on the label and it that doesn’t have any questionable ingredients. Their supplements are backed up by science and anyone that says there’s no research on these ingredients is woefully ignorant. (Sorry, I get a little worked over willful ignorance) The research is available to anyone with a computer or smartphone. I did make a decision to make Durk and Sandy my trusted scientists and stopped a lot of my research that was already covered by them. Having geniuses research and conclude for me was an easy decision. Being the smart people they are at Life Priority they have faithfully provided supplements that reflect the cutting edge of nutritional science and beyond. Ultimate Multi Vitamin by Durk Pearson! I have followed life extension scientists Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw for over 40 years since they wrote the book Life Extension. I love the Lifeshield I have found it has been my main supplement to keep me healthy - If you try Lifeshield you will be doing the best for your body and you health! Thank you Life Priority for staying TRUE to the Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw products- I have tried other companies who profess to sell their products but the quality isn't the same.
