We appreciate the opportunity to support you in your quest for good health. Please contact Life Priority within 48 hours of receipt if you have a product that is damaged, lost in transit, or an incomplete shipment. Failure to note any discrepancies for a shipment may cause your claim to be denied.
Returns / Order Discrepancies
Requests for returns must be made within 30 days from purchase. We will gladly refund your purchase 100% under the following circumstances: the product is unopened/unused, the product was purchased directly from Life Priority (and not a third party re-seller), or if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your results from the product.

From there, one of our representatives will be able to assist you regarding questions about your order including: questions about the product, processing a return, incorrect orders, help with an order discrepancy, etc.
