Overview
Use this article as a practical way to think through your next wellness step. The goal is not a complicated routine; it is a clearer one you can return to consistently.
As the fall season approaches, we begin to see a lot of changes. The leaves on the trees take on an array of beautiful colors; the weather will begin to cool off, with gentle breezes and pleasant temperatures, but as the temperatures begin to fall and we move into colder weather, we will see changes in the way we feel. The flu and cold season will be approaching. What better way to fight off that flu and cold season than to prepare our bodies by supplying it with plenty of Vitamin C2 which is equivalent to eating 12 oranges and our 3 Way-Calcium Complex.
The month of October is also recognized as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast cancer is the leading cancer sited among women and is second only to lung cancer in cancer deaths. By the end of the decade, approximately 1.8 million women and 12,000 men will be diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. Yes, we said MEN! According to the American Cancer society, about 40,870 people in the United States will die from breast cancer 460 of them men. Breast cancer is about 100 times more common in women. We encourage you to know your body, be informed and make wise decisions with the care of a qualified health care professional.

Notice
Start with the pattern you can actually see
Energy, sleep, digestion, mood, movement, and recovery all leave clues. Paying attention to the pattern makes the next step more useful.
Simplify
A smaller routine is easier to keep
Choose one or two habits that fit your real week. Food quality, hydration, movement, sleep, and stress recovery usually matter before complexity.
Support
Match supplements to a specific priority
A focused supplement routine works best when it supports a clear goal and sits alongside the basics you already repeat.
We at Life Priority are very concerned with this and we care about our customers. Another factor of our nation; approximately 1.5 million fractures occur every year. Taking a calcium supplement could help bring these numbers down. We want you to know how extremely grateful and thankful we are to have you as a customer. Without you and your faith in one or more of our products, we couldn’t offer you our specialized product line.
One product we would like to recommend is Vita-C2. It protects against harmful effects of pollution, helps to prevent cancer, protects against infection and enhances immunity. We are also featuring 3-Way Calcium Complex. Calcium, a nutrient taken in adequate amounts, is an important determinant of bone health and risk of fracture or osteoporosis. It could also help prevent the risk of hypertension, preeclampsia, and colon cancer.

Where should I start?

Do supplements replace the basics?
No. Supplements are best used as support for a broader routine that includes food, movement, recovery, and professional guidance when needed.
