Guide 1

Sign in or create your account

Use your email address to see orders, Auto-Reorder, addresses, and saved cards.

  1. 1Select the person icon at the top of the site, or choose My account from the menu.
  2. 2Enter your email address and password, then select Sign in.
  3. 3If you are new to the site, select Create an account and fill in your name, email, and password.
  4. 4After signing in, use the account menu to open Orders, Auto-Reorder, Addresses, Payment methods, or Profile.

Helpful note: If you placed orders on the old site, try the same email address first so your order history can stay connected.

View orders and tracking

Check what you ordered, see the order status, and find tracking when it is available.

  1. 1Sign in to your account.
  2. 2Select Orders from the account menu.
  3. 3Choose the order you want to review.
  4. 4Look for the order status, items, total, shipping address, and tracking details.
  5. 5If tracking is not shown yet, the order may still be preparing for shipment.

Manage Automatic Reorder

Review recurring deliveries, change how often they arrive, and pause or cancel when needed. Automatic Reorder saves 15%.

  1. 1Sign in to your account.
  2. 2Select Auto-Reorder from the account menu.
  3. 3Find the product or subscription you want to change.
  4. 4To change timing, use the Delivery frequency menu and select Update.
  5. 5To take a break, select Pause deliveries. To start again, select Resume deliveries.
  6. 6To stop future deliveries, select Cancel and confirm the choice.

Helpful note: Some older subscriptions may need help from customer service. If the page says it cannot be changed online, call or send us a message and we will take care of it.

Add or change a shipping address

Keep your delivery address current before placing orders or receiving reorders.

  1. 1Sign in to your account.
  2. 2Select Addresses.
  3. 3Select Add address to enter a new address, or Edit next to an existing address.
  4. 4Fill in the street address, city, state, ZIP code, and phone number if requested.
  5. 5Check Set as default address if this should be the main address for future orders.
  6. 6Select Save address.

Helpful note: Changing a saved address does not always change an order that is already being packed. Contact us quickly if a recent order is going to the wrong place.

Add or update a payment card

Saved cards are stored securely by Stripe and can be used for checkout and Auto-Reorder.

  1. 1Sign in to your account.
  2. 2Select Payment methods.
  3. 3Select Add a card to enter a new card.
  4. 4To use a different saved card first, select Make default next to that card.
  5. 5To remove an old card, select Remove.
  6. 6If a card pays for an active Automatic Reorder, add or choose another card before removing it.

Change your password

Update your password from your Profile page, or reset it if you cannot sign in.

  1. 1If you can sign in, open My account and select Profile.
  2. 2Scroll to the Password section.
  3. 3Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice.
  4. 4Select Update password.
  5. 5If you cannot sign in, open the sign-in page and choose the forgot-password option.

Helpful note: Use at least 8 characters. A longer password that you do not use on other websites is best.

Shop and place orders

Use these steps to find products, place one-time orders, and start Automatic Reorder.

Find the right product

Browse all products, shop by health goal, or search for the product name.

  1. 1Select Shop at the top of the site.
  2. 2Choose All products, shop by a health goal, or use the search box.
  3. 3Open a product to read the description, supplement facts, size, and price.
  4. 4If you are unsure what to choose, take the Supplement Quiz or contact us for help.

Place a one-time order

Add products to the cart, enter shipping details, choose shipping, and pay securely.

  1. 1Open the product you want.
  2. 2Choose the quantity.
  3. 3Select Add to cart.
  4. 4Open the cart icon at the top of the site and review your items.
  5. 5Select Checkout.
  6. 6Enter your email, shipping address, and payment information.
  7. 7Choose a shipping option, review the total, and place the order.

Helpful note: The total shown at checkout includes the product, shipping, and any applicable tax before you pay.

Start Automatic Reorder

Set up recurring deliveries for products you use often and save 15%.

  1. 1Open the product you want to receive regularly.
  2. 2Choose the Automatic Reorder or subscribe option when it is available.
  3. 3Select how often you want the product delivered.
  4. 4Add it to your cart and complete checkout.
  5. 5After checkout, sign in to your account anytime to manage the schedule.

Helpful note: Automatic Reorder is best for products you take on a regular routine. You can pause, resume, or cancel online for most active subscriptions.

Problem with an order

Tell us as soon as possible if something is wrong, missing, delayed, or damaged.

  1. 1Find your order number in your order email or on the Orders page.
  2. 2Write down what happened and which product is involved.
  3. 3For damaged items, keep the bottle and package if you can.
  4. 4Call us or send a message with your order number and the best way to reach you.

  1. 1Call 1-800-787-5438 if you want to talk through the issue.
  2. 2Email info@lifepriority.com if you prefer to write it down.
  3. 3Use the Contact Us form if you want to send a message from the website.
  4. 4Include your name, email, order number if you have one, and a short description of the problem.

Helpful note: We typically reply within 1-2 business days. For address changes on a new order, contact us as soon as you can.
