  • Create an account or subscribe to Automatic Reorder Program — your contact details and order history.

  • Payment information you submit at checkout (processed by Stripe, as described below).

Information collected automatically. We do not knowingly collect sensitive health information. Any product preferences you share are used only to fulfill your orders and improve your experience; we are not a covered entity under HIPAA.

  • Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders and manage Automatic Reorder Program subscriptions.
  • Create and maintain your account and Priority Club membership.

  • Calculate and pay affiliate commissions and Priority Club rewards.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe’s privacy policy. We do not store your full card number on our servers. We retain limited transaction details — such as the amount, date, order contents, and a payment reference — to manage your orders, subscriptions, refunds, and our records.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping cart and session working, to remember your preferences, to understand how the Site is used, and to support analytics. You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent; however, some parts of the Site (such as the cart and checkout) may not function properly without them.

5. How We Share Information

6. Your Choices and Rights

Marketing emails. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages related to your orders and account.

Account information. You may review, update, or request deletion of your account information by contacting us at info@lifepriority.com.

California residents. Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we have collected about you, request deletion or correction of that information, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Because we do not sell personal information, we do not offer a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” sale opt-out. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
